DELIVERY


UK delivery
Your custom made print will be sent from theprintspace in London, by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Your print will usually be dispatched 3 working days after you place your order and UK delivery is generally 1-2 days. You will be emailed delivery information once your print has been dispatched.

EU delivery
Your custom made print will be dispatched from theprintspace in Düsseldorf, Germany for a Customs-free EU delivery. It will be sent by Deutschepost DHL. Your print will usually be dispatched 3 working days after you place your order and delivery is generally 3-5 days, depending on the EU destination country. You will be emailed delivery information once your print has been dispatched.

International
delivery
Your custom made print will be dispatched from theprintspace in London. It will be sent by international courier.  You will be responsible for paying any customs duties or local tax on arrival into your country. Your print will usually be dispatched 3 working days after you place your order and delivery is generally 5-10 days. You will be emailed delivery information once the print your been dispatched.

RETURNS

I have similar no returns conditions for my custom-made limited edition prints as online gallery shops such as the British Museum or Tate Gallery.

14 day return option
As stated above prints bought on this website are custom made to order and do not qualify for a return for refund. If you would like to purchase one of my prints with a 14 days to return for a refund option, please buy one of my open edition* prints from Saatchi art. (*my open edition prints are produced by Saatchiart and are not custom made, numbered or signed.) 

Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund only up to the time when your print is prepared and before it is printed.
This is usually within 1 working day from the time your order has been received. You must contact me by email as soon as possible if you want to try to cancel your order.

Damaged on arrival
If a print arrives damaged, or has any small defect that was not picked up in the qulaity control process, you will be sent a replacement duplicate copy of the same print as ordered. You must inform me by email within 24 hours of delivery and send photos showing the damage to the print and packaging if this was damaged in transit.
